Returns made simple.
Streetwear should be worn with confidence. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, we'll make it right with free returns, zero restocking fees, and fast refunds.

Our Return Promise
Effective July 2026
Every Hellstarwear purchase includes a 30-day return period beginning on the day your package is delivered. Returns are completely free, there are absolutely no restocking fees, and approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return reaches our warehouse.

Return Eligibility
We understand that sizing, fit, or personal preference can change once you receive your order. As long as your return falls within the 30-day window, we'll gladly accept it.
Return Window
30 calendar days from confirmed delivery.
Condition
Items should be returned in their original packaging (or equivalent) with no excessive wear.
Footwear
Shoes must not be worn outdoors and should remain in original condition.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If we made a mistake, we'll cover everything and provide either a replacement or full refund.

Starting Your Return

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within one business day.
Package your item securely and drop it off using the provided shipping label.
Once your package arrives at our Austin fulfillment warehouse, we'll inspect it and immediately begin processing your refund.
